Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
reconsideration of SENATE BILL NO. 321 An Act relating to civil                
commitment of a criminal defendant who is found to be mentally                 
incompetent be held to April 16.  Without objection, it was so                 
ordered.
